About the Role

  • Maximize the Taylor Farms customer service experience and create engaged customers
  • Directly deliver best-in-class Customer Care
    • Professionally responds to customer inquiries by providing accurate and timely information electronically and by phone
    • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
    • Resolves problems by clarifying issues through research, alternative solutions and collaboration with co-workers as needed
    • Escalates any unresolved issues as needed through appropriate channels
    • Participates in educational opportunities to enhance skills and expand knowledge of our products
    • Develop service procedures, policies and standards
    • Recruit, mentor and develop customer service agents and nurture an environment where they can excel through encouragement and empowerment
    • Keep ahead of industry’s developments and apply best practices to areas of improvement
    • Research and secure third-party call center to leverage in time of crisis
  • Master the CRM system
    • Maximize proper use of CRM system
    • Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions
    • Create recurring reports for internal and external customers
    • Maintains accurate and timely information in call center database

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to professionally and confidently answer questions on the phone and respond to requests for information in a timely fashion
  • Enjoys multi-tasking as needed
  • Qualified individuals will possess sound judgement and decision making skills
  • Ability to work weekends occasionally
  • Experience in providing customer service support
  • Excellent knowledge of management methods and techniques
  • Proficient in English
  • Working knowledge of customer service software, databases and tools
  • Ability to think strategically and to lead
  • Customer service orientation; Enjoys talking with the public and the ability to work through situations that require patience
  • BS degree in Business Administration or related field
